Terms & Conditions

By booking with b. Luxe Containers, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period & Service Area

  • Rental begins on the day of delivery and ends the day of pickup as scheduled at the time of booking.

  • You must be located within our designated service area for delivery and pickup. Additional fees may apply outside this zone.

2. Condition of Bins

  • All bins must be returned empty, undamaged, and reasonably clean.

  • Any bin that is lost, damaged, or not returned will result in a $35 replacement fee per bin.

  • Bins must not be altered, written on, or used for storage of hazardous materials.

3. Pickup Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to ensure bins are stacked and accessible at the time of pickup.

  • Missed pickups or bins not ready will result in a $50 reattempt fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will not be refunded.

5. Liability

  • b. Luxe Containers is not liable for damages to items stored in bins or for injuries resulting from improper use (e.g., lifting, stacking, or overloading).

  • Our service does not include packing, loading, or moving services.

6. Payment & Fees

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, re-delivery, or missed pickups.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
