Terms & Conditions
By booking with b. Luxe Containers, you agree to the following terms:
1. Rental Period & Service Area
Rental begins on the day of delivery and ends the day of pickup as scheduled at the time of booking.
You must be located within our designated service area for delivery and pickup. Additional fees may apply outside this zone.
2. Condition of Bins
All bins must be returned empty, undamaged, and reasonably clean.
Any bin that is lost, damaged, or not returned will result in a $35 replacement fee per bin.
Bins must not be altered, written on, or used for storage of hazardous materials.
3. Pickup Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure bins are stacked and accessible at the time of pickup.
Missed pickups or bins not ready will result in a $50 reattempt fee.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will not be refunded.
5. Liability
b. Luxe Containers is not liable for damages to items stored in bins or for injuries resulting from improper use (e.g., lifting, stacking, or overloading).
Our service does not include packing, loading, or moving services.
6. Payment & Fees
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, re-delivery, or missed pickups.
